Point Grey New Ventures has been profitable since it’s founding and has successful experience developing real estate in the low to mid market and luxury segments.Programs include real estate investment trusts, specialty funds, limited partnerships and private equity investments. Point Grey New Ventures’ investment arm acquires distressed debt and equity assets including corporate, commercial real estate, single family residential and industrial real estate. In addition to their primary focus of the acquisition and development of low to mid-rise mixed use (retail/office/condo) buildings.
The funds are structured as closed-end, private-equity limited partnerships that include corporate and public pension funds, sovereign wealth funds and high net worth individuals.
